Data Deletion

You can delete your MyBo account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what gets removed.
Your MyBo data is private by default and deleting your account is permanent — once removed, your logs, photos, and health data cannot be recovered.
1. Request deletion by email
Email privacy@mybo.fit from the address on your MyBo account with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify the request and delete your account and data. This route always works, including if you can no longer sign in.
2. Delete your account in the app
You can also delete your account directly in MyBo from your profile settings. This removes your account and the content tied to it from the Service.
3. If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple
Deleting your MyBo account also deletes the basic profile information (such as name and email) we received from that login provider. You can additionally revoke MyBo's access at any time from your Facebook, Google, or Apple account settings — doing so stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete data already stored in MyBo, so use one of the options above to remove it.
4. What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone, and onboarding details);
- Your logs — meals, workouts, sets, supplements, and wellness entries;
- Photos and videos, including meal photos, check-ins, and exercise clips;
- Form Scores and the pose/keypoint data derived from your videos;
- Documents you uploaded, such as body-composition scans and lab reports;
- Your messages with Bo and any connected-source data we stored.
5. Timeline
After we verify your request, we delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. We will confirm once deletion is complete.
